The Yakima FourTimer 4 Bike Platform Rack # Y02469 may require you to use the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 or Swagman Adapter Bar # 64005 (either will work) for an alternative frame bike because the ratcheting hooks may not be able to grasp the bar if the tubes have a deep drop.
If this is not something you want, I recommend a wheel-mounted bike rack, which does not need a tube because the ratcheting hooks grasp your bikes by its tires (this will only work if your bikes don't have fenders, however). A great option for a wheel-mounted 4-bike rack is the Yakima HoldUp 4 Bike Rack # Y02443-2.
I have added a link to a video review of this rack for you to check out as well.

Can you provide a recommendation between the Yakima Four Timer Platform and Malone Pilot 4 Platform rack. I plan to carry one adult women and two child womens bike. 78188
Between those two options I do recommend the Yakima FourTimer # Y02469 because of its higher weight capacity (45 pounds per bike compared to 33 pounds on the Malone) and overall reputation with biking products. Like the Malone model - you'll still be able to convert it to a 2-bike carrier if needed and it can tilt away from the vehicle, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access. If any of your bikes have a step-through you may need to add an adapter bar like # UB01 to provide a horizontal attachment point for the ratcheting hooks. This would be the case on the Malone option as well. 63585
