How Many Wires Does MaxxFan Roof Vent part # MA00A04301K Require
Question:
I want to replace a similar type vent fan in my travel trailer with this one. My concern is that the old fan / motor is a 3 wire motor black, white and green ground screwed into old motor housing. It appears all new fans, including this one are 2 wire motors. Do I just ignore the green wire when connecting this new fan?

Yes you would need to just disregard the extra wire that was ran to your old roof vent when installing the MaxxFan roof vent part # MA00A04301K. This fan just needs a power and ground wire ran to it like you have and it'd be set.
