We have verified with the manufacturer previously that there are no repair kits for the Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Coupler with Trigger Latch # PSE338050303, so the if you latch is busted that does mean you'll need to get a new coupler.
Thankfully these aren't terribly pricy, and if you want an option for a similar coupler that does have a replacement latch, I recommend the A-Frame Coupler with Black Paint Finish # CA5100B.
This coupler has the same 5,000 lb weight capacity and couples to a 2" trailer hitch ball. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
