For your 2004 Ford F-550 motorhome chassis, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-143 is the correct fit for your motorhome if it is up to 34 feet long. It if it longer, then you will instead use # 1139-144. The rear anti-sway is the most help out of all components. You will likely need longer u-bolts # RM-590050-00 or # RM-590050-10.
Next, the Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 is the next best step followed by the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes # RM-RBK22-RSSA.
The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSD and the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TUMDF70 are the next step for ride stability following the above in order
Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar
Extended U-Bolt Kit for Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar
Extended Round U-Bolt Kit for Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bars
Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System
