etrailer Coupler or Pro Series A-Frame Coupler for Coleman Camper

Question:

I need a new coupler for my Coleman camper. Looking at the regular pro series 2 for about $40 bucks. I see two version, 5K and 8K. Is there any reason NOT to do the 8K? The one on there is stamped 5K, but from the pictures the mechanism and overall unit appears to match the 8K version more. cost is essentially the same, so unless there is a reason NOT to do the 8,000 pound version I will just do that. The etrailer coupler # CA-5210-B is very similar to the Pro Series coupler # PSE338050303. Since the also are priced similarly I also would go with the higher rated # CA-5210-B as well.
