The Yakima SpareTime 2 Bike Rack, part # Y02599 would be an excellent choice for your 2003 Honda CR-V. I have confirmed the fit on your vehicle with Yakima.

The SpareTime can be installed so that it is offset to the spare tire so that the bikes are carried centered on the rear of the vehicle, and not hanging off to the side.

To carry womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # Y02531 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
