In order to use this on a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 you will need the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit part # DM8552011-71 if you don't have have the prep package or the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6194 if you do have the prep package.
