There is only one ladder rack that is compatible with the BAKFlip MX4, and that is the Adarac Pro Series ladder rack since it has uprights that are 90 degrees (perpendicular) to the truck bed rails. I've listed the Adarac Pro Series Ladder racks for each bed size that the 2017 Toyota Tundra is available with, so you'll want to choose from these:

5-1/2 Foot Bed # A4001665
6-1/2 Foot Bed # A4001671
8 Foot Bed # A4001676

All of these will allow your BAKFlip MX4 folding tonneau cover to fold up without interference from the uprights on the ladder rack, and they'll work with truck models both with and without the bed rail management system.
