I don't have any specific recommendations for your area, but any trusted mechanic should be able to complete the installation for you without difficulty. I've linked to the install instructions and an install video.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness # 119147KIT, a # 2923 ball mount and a # 19261 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
