The Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails part # C18118 and Malone Roof Racks like part # MPG216 are both excellent options for a 2017 Subaru Forester. I recommend the Malone Roof Rack because of the higher weight capacity and longer crossbars which allow you to carry more items. They both have aero shaped crossbars and come with locks for security.
