Recommended Swing-Away Bike Rack For 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser
Question:
I need a bike rack that will allow me to open my rear door without removing the rack all together. I want a solid product. I will need a 3-4 rack capacity and have a 2inch hitch.

The Yakima FullSwing, part # Y02465 might very well be the rack you are looking for. The rack has a 4 bike capacity, is a fit for your FJ according to Yakima. Better yet, the FullSwing will allow full access to the rear of your vehicle even while the bikes are in place on the rack.
To carry womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # 64005 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
