Compatibility of Timbren Axle-Less Suspension on Boat Trailer

Question:

Wondering if Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Off-Road Tires - 1,200 lbs Item # A12WS545 will work on an older Sears Gamefisher trailer that had a 54 axle, hub face to face of 49, SC of 40-1/2 and what s the smallest tire size I could use? Thanks for any information you can provide.

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Off-Road Tires - 1,200 lbs # A12WS545 is a great option to replace an axle. It will replace the axle no matter the length and attach to the frame replacing the leaf spring suspension as well. You simply need to run a 2 inch square bar (not included) between the two assemblies into the integrated holes.

This will have a max capacity of 1,200 lbs, has no maintenance suspension, and comes with EZ lube spindles for easy greasing for bearing maintenance.

Your axle-less system will attach right at the frame where the 40-1/2 inch spring centers are so the 2 inch square bar you need will be just slightly longer than that. The # A12WS545 we referenced will fit a 10 inch wheel. I recommend the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3H390 to meet your needs. I've attached a video to assist.
