The best way to find out the necessary weight rating of the weight distribution system you need is to determine the as-towed tongue weight of the trailer. A tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 would come in handy for said purpose. This weight should also include the weight of anything stowed in the truck bed behind the rear axle. I'll link to an article that explains how to do this.
Because your SuperHitch has a 2-1/2 inch receiver, your system will need to have a compatible shank. For tongue weights is 1200-1600 lbs, I'd recommend the Equal-i-zer # EQ64FR. The 2-5/16 inch ball is sold separately as part # EQ91-00-6100. If you don't already have a thin walled 1-7/8 inch socket, you'll need one, such as part # EQ70-00-4800. For a lower rated system, Reese offers the Strait-Line, part # RP66074 which is rated for 600-1200 lbs of tongue weight. For a 2-5/16 inch trailer ball, use # 19286.
