It is possible that the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76194 for your 2019 Volvo XC60 will interfere with the hands-free liftgate feature. Many times with hitches you only need to kick your foot to either side of the receiver for it to work but with this hitch it is possible you may lose the hands-free feature.
