I have purchased your five pin harness and accessed the backup light wiring...one wire to the backup light is black and the other is black which one should I splice into?

It sounds like you're trying to use the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036 on your 2020 Kia Telluride. In order to find which wire corresponds to the reverse light circuit on your vehicle you will need to use a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 and have someone put the car in reverse to see which wire is activated; this is how you determine which wire represents the reverse light circuit. From there, you can splice it into the reverse circuit wire on the Tow Ready # 20036.
I've linked some helpful articles that we've got that talk about wiring a 4 way and 5 way connector that you can have a look at as well, but you will need some help from someone to test those wires to figure out which is which.
