Is there an adapter or specific base plate to allow front towing behind an RV with Blue Ox? If so, what is the best Blue Ox product to accommodate this? Thanks,

The base plate options for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler are all designed for models with a factory installed front bumper, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1126 for example which is designed to be used with a tow bar like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar part # BX7380.
I will say that certain aftermarket front bumpers have built-in d-rings which can be used with a tow bar adapter if allowed by the manufacturer, the Blue Ox Aftermarket Bumper Adapter part # BX88358 or part # BX88357.
