Is Installing Trailer Hitch on 2019 Acura RDX Difficult

How difficult is to install the hitch for 2019 RDX. The wiring harness, does it require any cutting?

The Draw Tite hitch # 76268 that you referenced that fits your 2019 Acura RDX is not a difficult hitch install at all. You'll have to temporarily lower the exhaust (easier than it sounds) as well as the rear spare but overall it would be no problem for someone with basic mechanical skills and tools. No cutting is required.
The trailer wiring harness # 118804 for your RDX is also easier to install as well.
