The Wago 221 connectors that come with the Progressive Dynamics Panel part # PD4560K18LS8 are used for splicing wires together. It's used for one of the DC install connections that are optional with how this installs. Since it's recommended an electrician install this kit you'd just need to give them to the tech and and they'll know based on your setup if they will need to be used.
