Question:
Hi etrailer team. I was wondering, before choosing the right hitch, if the stabilizing straps are really necessary when using a two-bike rack attached to this hitch. I know the other model 75684 apparently does not need them, but this one seems to have a better clearance from the floor, so for that reason I would prefer the C13073. The thing is that I dont want to use straps, so please let me know which would be the best option.

At one point Curt required the use of stabilizer straps with their hitches like the # C13073 but they recently stopped requiring the straps so based on that this hitch would be the one you'd want.
