The draw-tite, Curt, and Etrailer hitches all mount exactly the same. What gives the Draw-tite a much higher tongue weight?

Draw Tite and Curt/etrailer rate their hitches independently from one another which is why it's often that the hitches will be rated for different capacities. There also can be subtle design differences that are hard to notice but mostly it's just that there's a different process and sometimes one manufacturer rates more conservatively than the other which is why the Draw Tite # 75952 has the highest capacity for your 2019 Nissan Murano.
