Can i use a kuat NV base 2.0 bike Rack with my bike with front fender? I have seen two different answers on this site- From 2 different experts- Thanks so much

The Kuat NV Base 2.0 # BA22B is not recommended for bikes with front fenders because it is designed to clamp down tight on the wheel that can deform a fender. I recommend instead using a bike rack that holds the bike frame like the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202.
