There is not a Pioneer platform custom fit compatible with your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with 170 inch wheel base. If you have the factory installed rails, then you can use many of the standard crossbar options and up to 4 crossbars like the following kit:

-Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 71" Long - Qty 4 # RRVA180B-4
-Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - RTC and RT Roof Rack Tracks - Qty 8 # RRRLT600
-Quick Mount Nuts for Rhino-Rack RTL600 Legs - Factory Tracks - Qty 16 # RRQMFK11-4
-Roof Rack Leg Spacer Blocks for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars - 5 mm Thick - Qty 8 # RRQMHD05-4

If you have no existing tracks, then I recommend the 3 crossbar system consisting of:

-Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 71" Long - Qty 3 # RRVA180B-3
-Rhino-Rack RLTF Legs for OEM Mounting Points - Bracket Mount - 3" Tall - Qty 6 # RLTFMS

You can use the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 58" Long x 47" Wide # RR42115BF once you have the crossbars and full roof rack.

The Quick Mount Nuts for Rhino-Rack RTL600 Legs - Factory Tracks - Qty 16 #RRQMFK11-4 are 30 x 25 x 5 mm; they are zinc and are an M6 thread. There isn't an option for channel nuts we have available that have an M8 thread.
