Question:
When attempting to install this hitch I was able to attach to the bumper beam with no problem. When attempting to thread the bolts in the frame rail the threaded holes appear to be of a different size and thread than those in the bumper beam. Can you help?

Vehicles tend to pick up dirt and road debris beneath the vehicle, so I would suggest cleaning the weldnuts really well. Soaking the holes with WD40 and using a wire brush works well. We have found that a battery terminal brush works great. We also have an installation video on that particular hitch on a 2005 Chevy Equinox, which is very similar to your vehicle and may help.
