Can Demco Hydraulic Brake Drum Brake Actuator be Used With Pintle Hitch

Will this bulldog style work with a pintle hitch? Concerned about thickness of metal above the ball.

You can use the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Primed - 2" Bulldog Coupler # DM8509202 with a pintle hitch ball combo like the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook with 2" Ball # BWTS10055 or Buyers Combination Pintle Hook with 2" Ball # 337RM62000.
The metal portion of the actuator won't interfere.
