Hello, I was wondering if this rack will work on a 2015 highlander as well as a 2013 Mercedes E350? If not, which rack would work best. Also, is this the best match for those cars. Thank you

As long as your Mercedes-Benz E350 is a coupe or sedan and not the convertible model, the Saris Bones # SA805BL trunk mounted bike rack would work great on either vehicle you mentioned.
If you have the convertible model, the Saris bones wouldn't be compatible. If you could let me know what type of bikes you were wanting to carry, I'd be happy to make a suggestion for you.
