I'd recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, part # RM-522. The non-binding and self-aligning arms mean that you won't need to make sure the car is perfectly lined up behind the vehicle and the pavement or ground is flat as a pool table. The tow bar has a 6000 lb capacity, which will work perfectly for your Hyundai Veloster and is fully compatible with your existing Roadmaster Base Plates.

You'll also need safety cables, a wiring harness solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/lower hitch adapter is the height difference between the base plates and the hitch receiver on the vehicle is greater than 3 inches.
