Question:
I have an 04 4Runner with the spare mounted underneath. my old ball mount has a long tube and it hits the spare and prevents the hitch from lining up with the hole for the pin. Will this fit on a toyota factory hitch with the spare underneath? They appear to be short.

The Curt # C45036 ball mount will fit in a class III receiver, it measures 2-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the shank as shown in the provided photo. I couldn't say what kind of clearance is required for the Toyota factory hitch, but it would pretty easy to take a quick measurement to find out.
