Question:
I work const and pull heavy a few times a week... The new 2020 Duramax just squats too much for my liking when bumper hitched to a heavy trailer. My question is how do I decide which load rate of ride rite bag would work best? Is there any draw back to the 7500?

For your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 pulling heavy a couple times a week, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2709. These springs will simply be a heavier duty spring and since you are towing heavy a couple times a week they will hold up better over time. The springs are rated to adjust from 5 psi to 150 psi (so they can be more firm than the alternative) and I recommend getting an air compressor that is strong enough and fast enough for adjusting when needed.
I recommend the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy-Duty Compressor - Single Path - 150 psi # F2097 which will allow you to gauge the pressure in the springs at any given time and adjust them to your comfort level at anytime.
