For your 2000 Fleetwood motorhome a little more information would help. A Ford F-550 chassis is a class C motorhome and a F-53 chassis is the class A motorhome. If you are just looking for shock absorption assistance that will help with body roll and stability, but sway control and steering are better addressed with other products. SInce you haven't hinted at that issue, I'll give you some recommendations for shock only.
If you have the F-550 chassis motorhome, I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSD for the rear and the # TFFSD4B for the front.
If you have the F-53 chassis motorhome, then I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-187-54-1 and SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Front Axle # SSF-172-40-2. This allows for the steering axle to have movement and support and will reduce body roll as they independently adjust side to side.
Question:
Do I need to replace factory shocks if I install the sumo springs? I do have a F53 class A motor home.

When adding Sumo Springs there is no need to replace any factory suspension components. They are designed to assist what the factory has already used for suspension.
