You can use the Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590 on the Curt # C18118. The Curt roof rack bars are a little bit of an odd shape, but you'll be able to make them fit a bit tighter than you would the Mighty Mount 39H Accessory Adapter for Yakima CoreBar and JetStream Crossbars # Y03539.
