I have a 2010 ram 1500 hemi quad Laramie with the tow package gooseneck factory installed with the heaviest rear brake controller and air shocks what weight could I tow and also what would be a good 5th wheel hitch to work with my gooseneck

Your 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 with the hemi looks to have the towing capacity of 10,450 lbs. Now to pick out a fifth wheel solution for your gooseneck I would need to know what brand hitch you have and also what length bed you have as well.

6.4 bed takes a rounded ball insert . Thinking reece but not positive DM8550045?

For the Reese gooseneck you have (or really any gooseneck) the Demco Recon part # DM8550045 is a really great choice and one that I would recommend highly.
