By the term, service body, do you mean a Cab & Chassis pick-up truck with tool box bed on the back? If so, you will not be able to install a fifth wheel hitch in the bed of the pickup due to the decreased width of the inside of the bed and the increased height of the bed sides, from the toolboxes.
