Question:
Could this 5000# jack be used to lift a trailer to change a tire? Trailer is tandem axel 4500# per axel. Thanks.

Scissor jacks are only designed to be used as a way to stabilize a camper to minimize movement when you are parked and camping. They don't have the strength to support the full weight of a camper to change a spare and honestly it would be pretty dangerous to even attempt to do so. Especially if the trailer has a 9,000 lb GVWR. Instead a bottle jack like the part # ALL647501 would be a great option to keep with in the event of a blow out.
