For a 1200 lb setup I recommend the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Wide Tires - 1,200 lbs # ASR1200S03 to start. This will work well with he Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit - Uni-Servo - Free Backing - 10" - Left/Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKFBBRK-35 and then the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ.

If you don't already have the brake lines, then I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 18' # 18SI-BLKIT and then a surge brake actuating coupler like # DM72VR or an EOH like # HBA-10.
