I have a way to help you find out what replacement hub assembly you need, but you'll need to verify some things on your end as I don't have a list of replacement parts for your trailer available.
Since your 1992 Ranger Trail is a tandem axle trailer rated for 4,800 lbs this indicates that you have 2 axles rated at 2,000 lbs. For a replacement hub we have a few different options and it all depends on what bearings your trailer uses as well as what bolt pattern you have:
4 on 4" Bolt Pattern
L44643 Bearings - # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-1K
L44649 Bearings - # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-2K
5 on 4-1/2" Bolt Pattern
L44643 Bearings - # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-1K
L44649 Bearings - # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K
Attached is a sample review and installation video for you to check out. You'll need to pull your current hubs to see what bearings your trailer is using. If you cant find numbers on the bearings then you'll need to take a digital caliper # 301-17068 and measure your spindle where the bearings ride (see attached).
