Question:
what is the overall length of the shank for a 6 hitch so i can figure out the ground clear clearance when hitch is installed also what is the measurement from the hitch pin to truck side end will it clear my factory spare tire on a 2019 Ford F350 4x4 crew cab diesel

The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the ball on the # LTB6-3 is 8-3/4" and the amount of shank left behind the hitch pin hole is roughly 1-1/2 to 2"; unless the hitch receiver on the 2019 Ford F-350 is extremely short, you shouldn't have any issues with it interfering with your factory spare.
