Is the INNO Vertical Hang Compatible with Kid's Bikes and the Hitch on my 2012 Subaru Forester

Hello, We have installed a hitch to our 2012 Subaru Forester. We also have young children 7 and 10 years old, and need a 4-bike rack that will work with our vehicle and 2 smaller bikes. Will this Inno Hitch Rack INH540 be good?
