Thanks for including the product number and photo of the sticker. Your axle actually has a hub face to hub face of 95.5 inches and spring centers at 74.5 inches with a 4,400 lb capacity. This isn't a direct replacement so you have a couple of options. You can either upgrade to a larger axle and weld spring seats in the correct locations or you can use an axle-less system.

The Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 6 on 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 95" - 5,200 lbs # 6340624-EB will replace the axle but you will need to weld on the spring seat # TRSS300 in the 74.5 inch on center locations. This does not mean the total weight capacity of your trailer increases because that will be dependent on the weakest part of all the components which would be the limiting factor.

If you use the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension - Spindle Only - Regular Tires - 5200 lbs # ASR5200S01 with a 2 inch square bar not included between the assemblies in the integrated holes, then it replaces leaf springs and bolts directly to the frame. Then you will use hubs # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K and brake assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA.

I've attached videos to assist.
