Longest Hitch Extension Available for 2" Trailer Hitch
Question:
Hello I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton truck that I tow a light aluminum boat 1000lbs or less and need to get the boat back 3-4ft further away from the truck to launch at the boat ramp without have to back the truck in the water. I know this 48” stock tubing is not designed as an extension nor will it fit in my 2” I.D. hitch receiver on my truck but do you have anything that will fit and is around this length? Thanks for your help

The longest trailer hitch extender for a 2" trailer hitch is 18", the Hitch Extender For 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver 18" part # HE18. If you were to go any further than this then the weight capacity of the trailer hitch would be reduced so far you wouldn't be able to support even a small trailer.
