Question:
Hello, I understand that an electric solenoid valve is used with a 5 wire harness to prohibit brake actuation when the tow vehicle is in reverse. I have seen other models have manual lock out options in which a little key is dropped into a slot, and therefore not allowing the actuator to move. Is there a way with this model to have both options, such that if a friend is towing the trailer and does not have a 5 wire harness, a manual lock out could be used? Looking at it, I think I see where a large diameter pin could be dropped to keep the master cylinder from being compressed. Thanks

It sounds like you are looking for a surge brake actuator with both a manual and electric lockout and if that is the case I recommend the Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout part # T63FR. That said, you will need to add the Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators part # T4748800 as well.
The Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator part # T43397007K cannot be manually locked out per the owner's manual.
