Question:
I have a 2016 Tundra Crewmax coupled to a Lance 2185 with a E2 1000lb weight distribution hitch. With my low payload truck 1240lbs, Im just about maxing out my payload capacity and it shows with a bit of aft squat. Would installing SumoSprings help with this or are they not recommended with a weight distribution hitch? If so, which model springs should I go with? Does my weight distribution hitch just need to be adjusted for proper leveling?

You can definitely use SumoSprings with a weight distribution hitch like your Fastway e2 # FA92-00-1000 on your 2016 Toyota Tundra.
What you want to do is install the SumoSprings and then adjust your weight distribution set up, like you mentioned.
Since you do have a weight distribution hitch you do not need a heavy-duty suspension enhancement, so for your 2016 Tundra I recommend the 1,000 lb rated SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-610-40.
These will do a very nice job of helping keep your Tundra level and help your truck's handling when you are towing.
