Question:
I have a 2016 doublecab tundra. Leveled on 35s. Put a fiberglass camper shell on it and then the rear went down 1 inch. I do pull trailers, what would the springs do for my reared height wise

The SumoSprings I recommend for your 2016 Toyota Tundra to help with sag are the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-610-54.
Since you have a more constant load on the rear of your truck with the heavier camper, and you also tow, the best option is going to be the highest-rated springs, which these are (2,800 lbs). These SumoSprings will help level out your Tundra and make it handle better, particularly when you are towing.
I have added a link to a video review for you as well of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-610-54.
