Yes, if you have rear sensors they will be set off when the Thule Helium 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting - Wheel Mount Item # TH44VR is on your 2019 Lexus NX 300. You can turn your rear sensors off when the bike rack is on the vehicle. How to switch them off is listed on page 213 in your vehicles owners manual.
