Can RP26003 Sway Control Plate Be Used on Left Side of Ball Mount
Question:
Do they make this for left side?

I do have an option that will allow you to use a sway control bar on the left side of a ball mount, however, the Reese Sway Control adapter plate # RP26003 is designed to be used on the right side only.
To be used on the left side, this plate would have to be turned upside down and the lip on the bottom of the plate would not allow the hitch ball to be completely tightened to the plate and the lip would interfere with the operation of the sway control bar.
To use a sway control bar on the left side of a ball mount, you would use the weld on sway control tab, part # 3442, and weld it to the left side of the ball mount. Any time welding is involved, we recommend having a qualified welder complete the job.
