I recommend going with the Curt # C13409 because the powder coating on the Curt hitches is a bit thicker, so it's going to stand up to potential nicks and scratches a bit better than the Draw-Tite # 76271. This is going to help protect your hitch from rust better over time, which is perfect if you're planning on keeping your 2020 Subaru Forester for a while.
If you're going to be towing with this hitch you'll also need a wiring harness, hitch ball and ball mount. For the wiring harness I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118467 which has a powered converter to help eliminate the possibility of your vehicle's electrical system being damaged by electrical backfeed from a short. Tekonsha wiring is one of the most reliable choices in my experience, which is why I prefer it over the other options. For a ball mount and hitch ball I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drop, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), hitch pin, clip and carrying bag. This will allow you to tow a variety of different trailers that you might encounter over time, so it's a great choice if you don't own your own trailer, but still want to be able to occasionally tow.
I've linked an installation video of this hitch and wiring for you to have a look at, as well.
