I have contacted HappiJack and Lippert Components about the tied downs on your 2015 Ram 2500 Crew Cab. They advised that at this time they do no offer replacement plates for the HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs Item # LC236326-20522. The whole kit would have to be replaced.
