The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU53FR you referenced is only compatible with the Gladiator models. Your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited has a different frame and will instead require the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1139 which although looks similar has different dimensions for the custom required. You can see from the videos the mounting holes are also slightly different.
