Recommended Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers
Question:
Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Honda Item # 3070-P Listing states this wiring adapter will not work on a 2020 Honda Passport. But it is the recommended part for a 2019 Honda Pilot which is essentially the same vehicle and there were no changes in either from 2019 to 2020. So what gives? Has it just not been “verified” to work or is it known to actually not work? If you know it definitely does not work can you recommend another part? The under the dash pre wired plugs look the same between the two vehicles as well. I have a Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller and again a 2020 Honda Passport. Thank you.

There is not a fit for your 2020 Honda Passport. I checked with manufacturers like Tekonsha and Curt and they don't have a confirmed fit for the 2019 model either. The 2019 Pilot and the Passport are not the same in their wiring.
If you already have the 7-way, I recommend the # 5506 for the wiring on your Tekonsha Primus IQ. If you don't have the pigtail use the Replacement Brake Control Plug-In Harness for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controller 12" Long # 20127.
