Question:
I recently purchased a Blazer Magnetic Trailer Towing Light kit to tow an old jeep behind my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The wiring plugs 2 rectangle shapes, seem standard on the kit do not fit the standard tow outlet round with flat prongs on my hitch for my Tacoma, the two ends actually fit each other. My question is, is there an adapter that will allow it to work or do I need to find another type of tow lights?

It sounds like the magnetic kit you have uses a 4-Way flat connector and the truck has a 7-Way blade style connector. There is an adapter you can use. Several as a matter of fact. I have included a link to them for you to view. A simple option like # PK12716 is all you would need.
But since you are flat towing, you may need some extra slack so going with a coiled adapter like # HM47065 may be the best way to go.
