Is Titan Disc Brake Kit T4843800 Made in the USA?

Question:

Is this titan disc brake kit manufactured in the U.S.A. And are the bearings and seals manufactured by Timken. Not poor quality units from China?

The Titan Disc Brake Kit and BrakeRite Electric-Hydraulic Actuator - Tandem, 3,500-lb Axle # T4843800 are great quality but they are not manufactured in the USA. The bearings are also not Timken brand as the manufacturer makes their own bearings.

Titan was bought by Dexter which is an USA made company so the major components can be used as an alternative. For instance the Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi # K71-651 can be used as an alternative and is made in the USA. Then the Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger - Top Load # 34-285, and Dexter 10" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly - 5 on 4-1/2 - Zinc - 3,500 lbs # K08-435-05 are options that are made in the USA as well.
